On the rolling hills of Puglia, the Primitivo vine sinks its roots into a generous soil, from which it extracts all the strength and warmth of the Mediterranean.

Its fruit, kissed by the sun and nourished by the earth, is transformed into an intense red wine, full-bodied and enveloping, capable of recounting the history and identity of our land in every drop.

“Appassimento” is a true tribute to the local winemaking tradition, a process that enhances the richness of the fruit and concentrates its aromas, resulting in a wine with a deep, complex and harmonious flavour.
