VINEYARD
We select best grapes grown in a vineyard located 500 meters above sea level. The soil is sandy and calcareou and has great volcanic components.
HARVEST
The grapes are left to dry on the vine, than they are
selected in the field and hand-picked, during the last
week of September
PRODUCTION AND AGING
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled
temperature. A portion of three different harvests are blended
in big oak barrels. Wine is aged for 10 months in large oak
barrels before being bottled
VINTAGE
Wine obtained is the best expression of three different vintages.
